Gujarat HC Reserves Order on Petition for Removal of Public Prosecutor in 2002 Best Bakery Case - 15.09.2015

Gujarat HC has reserved its order on two petitions seeking removal of Public Prosecutor who conducted 2002 Best Bakery riots case in Vadodara district court, alleging that due to his dubious role in hampering trial, as observed by Supreme Court, the State Govt. should not have appointed him.
