Supreme Court Orders Relief to Widow of ‘Schizophrenic’ Army Personnel - 27.02.2017

Supreme Court, while giving relief to widow of a ‘schizophrenic’ Army personnel, has ordered to pay disability pension to her and other substituted legal heirs of Ex. Gnr. Laxmanram Poonia who was suffering from ‘acute schizophrenia-like psychotic disorder’.
