Delhi High Court to Roche: Can’t Hang on to Breast Cancer Drug For Lifetime - 23.02.2017

Delhi High Court has told Swiss pharma major Roche that it “cannot hang on to” breast cancer drug Trastuzumab, innovated by it, for rest of its life after having enjoyed fruits of its patent.
