Hyderabad High Court: No Blind Regularization of Encroachments on Simhachalam Land - 16.02.2017

Hyderabad High Court has made it clear that it would not straight away permit regularisation of encroachments made on lands belonging to Simhachalam Devasthanam, Visakhapatnam, at this stage.
