Gujarat High Court Permits Pregnant Girl to Stay With Family of Accused Lover - 16.02.2017

Gujarat High Court has permitted an 18-year old pregnant girl to go and stay with family of her lover, who is lodged in jail on charges of rape and under various sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
