Supreme Court Refers AAP Govt-Centre Row Over Governance to Constitution Bench - 15.02.2017

Supreme Court has referred to a Constitution Bench a batch of pleas filed by AAP Government against High Court verdict which had held that Delhi is not a State and Lieutenant Governor (LG) is its Administrative Head.
