Hyderabad HC Notices to Telangana Govt Over Cabinet Rank For Advisors - 15.02.2017

Hyderabad High Court has admitted a PIL challenging action of Telangana Government to accord Cabinet rank status to persons who were appointed in various capacities and who are not part and parcel of Council of Ministers of State.
