Patna HC Directs State to Book Erring Officials in Bhagalpur Road Case - 15.02.2017

Patna High Court has ordered State Government to register a case under Bihar Prevention of Specified Corrupt Practices Act, 1983, against officials concerned and initiate a vigilance probe into procedural lapses while raising height of Patal Babu Road in Bhagalpur.
