Bombay HC Seeks Goa Govt’s Response Over Summoning Assembly Session - 15.02.2017

Bombay High Court has directed Goa Government to inform Court the stand of Government in view of Supreme Court judgments making it mandatory to convene a session of legislative assembly within six months of its last sitting.
