Allahabad High Court Directs EC to Put Check On Instigative Speeches - 15.02.2017

Allahabad High Court while hearing a PIL against inflammatory speeches by some politicians in campaigning for UP election, has said that if charges are correct then Election Commission should intervene to put a check on them.
