Supreme Court Seeks Centre’s Response Over Pvt FM Radio Stations Airing News - 15.02.2017

Supreme Court has asked Centre why it was shying away from allowing community radio and private FM radio stations from broadcasting news and asked Government to consider permitting them to air news and current affairs programme on basis of information available in public domain.
