Bombay HC Rejects Plea Challenging RTE Norms Prescribing Reservation For EWS - 13.02.2017

Bombay High Court has dismissed a petition challenging Right To Education Act provision that stipulates 25% of seats in schools be allotted to students from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
