SC to CBI: Take Over all Vyapam Cases, Whatever Their Stage Is - 14.09.2015

Supreme Court has denied to acknowledge CBI's plea to distinguish between cases which were under inquiry and those pending trial in courts. The court has directed it to take over all Vyapam scam matters irrespective of their present status.
