P&H HC Rejects Plea Seeking Recusal of Jat Sikh Judges From Jat Quota Cases - 10.02.2017

Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a petition seeking recusal of its two judges, belonging to Jat Sikh community, from hearing a plea related to reservation to Jats under backward classes (BC) category in Haryana.
