Bombay HC Directs SEC to Consider Reshma Bhosale As Independent Candidate - 09.02.2017

Bombay High Court has directed State Election Commission (SEC) to consider Reshma Bhosale as an independent candidate, contradicting decision of Returning Officer to consider her as a BJP candidate.
