Kerala HC: Educated Woman Having Sex Multiple Times on Promise of Marriage Isn't Rape - 08.02.2017

Kerala High Court has said that an educated woman engaging in sex multiple times with a person who has promised to marry her can only be treated as consensual and not rape.
