Supreme Court Turns Down TN Govt’s Plea on Release of Rajiv Killers - 08.02.2017

Supreme Court has refused to review its verdict by which it had held that Tamil Nadu Government had no suo motu powers to release seven convicts in Rajiv Gandhi assassination case without Centre’s approval.
