Delhi HC Slams Police Over Missing Children - 07.02.2017

Delhi High Court, while criticizing Delhi Police for its poor show in tracing missing children and “wasting its manpower” in PCR vans, has sought to know status of facial recognition software that can match photograph of a child believed to be lost with the missing person database.
