Supreme Court: ‘Enemy Property Must Go to State’ - 07.02.2017

Supreme Court, while disposing a plea questioning promulgation of Enemy Property (Amendment and Validation) Fifth Ordinance, 2016, has said that ‘enemy property’ must go to state if at all it is an enemy property.
