SC Slaps Rs. 30,000 Fine on Centre For Not Filling Reply in PIL Alleging Misuse of Minority Benefits - 06.02.2017

Supreme Court has imposed a cost of Rs 30,000 on Centre for not filing its reply to a PIL alleging that minority benefits are being enjoyed by majority Muslims in Jammu and Kashmir.
