Madras HC Junks Plea to Detain Vessels in Chennai Oil Spill Case - 06.02.2017

Madras HC, while wondering under what law could Court order detention of two ships that collided off Ennore Port resulting in a major oil spill into the sea, has disposed of petition noting that it's for Central and State Government to take appropriate steps.
