Delhi HC: Quashing Disciplinary Proceedings On Procedures Does Not Exonerate Employee - 06.02.2017

Delhi High Court has ruled that if disciplinary proceedings against an employee are set aside on account of violation of procedure and not on merits, then person is not legally and finally exonerated.
