Karnataka High Court Upholds ‘Right To Be Forgotten’ of a Woman - 03.02.2017

Karnataka High Court, while upholding 'Right to be Forgotten' in order to protect the dignity of a woman, has directed its Registry to make sure that any internet search made in public domain would not reflect woman’s name.
