Bombay HC Denies Bail to Chintan Upadhyay in Double Murder Case - 03.02.2017

Bombay High Court, while rejecting bail to Chintan Upadhyay in case of double murder of his artist wife Hema Upadhyay and her lawyer Haresh Bhambani, has observed that it is prima facie "probably a contract killing" as he "nurtured a grudge and had mentioned in a diary of wanting to eliminate her".
