Bombay HC Imposes Fine on Slum Dwellers For Encroaching Upon Railway’s Land - 03.02.2017

Bombay High Court has imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh on slum dwellers who encroached on Western Railway's land near Jogeshwari and sought protection from eviction.
