Govt Proposes 5% TDS on House Rent Payable to Residents by Individuals / HUFs - 02.02.2017

Government has proposed 5% TDS on House Rent Payable exceeding fifty thousand rupees for a month or part of month during previous year to Resident by Individuals / HUFs other than those covered under Tax Audit process.
