Madras HC Notices Secretary of Prez, Former SC Judge Over PETA Award - 01.02.2017

Madras High Court has ordered notice to Secretary to President Pranab Mukherjee and a Former Supreme Court Judge K S Radhakrishnan Panicker on a petition seeking a direction to latter to return “Man of the year” award which he received from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India.
