Madras HC Says No to Public Holiday on ‘Thai Pusam’ - 31.01.2017

Madras High Court has dismissed a PIL seeking a direction to Tamil Nadu Government to declare "Thai Pusam" as public holiday, saying it was for government to take a call on such matters.
