RBI Rejects EC Request to Enhance Withdrawal Limits For Poll Candidates - 30.01.2017

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has rejected request of Election Commission (EC) to enhance weekly cash-withdrawal limit, imposed after demonetisation, for those contesting Assembly elections in five states, prompting an angry reaction from poll panel.
