NGT Clears Way For Vintage Car Rally - 30.01.2017

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has allowed 21 Gun Salute International Vintage Car Rally to be held by agreeing to make an exception to its order that banned vehicles older than 15 years from plying on Delhi roads.
