Punjab & Haryana HC: ‘Paramilitary Jawans’ Are Akin to Soldiers in Indian Army - 30.01.2017

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that work of paramilitary jawan is "arduous and akin to soldiers in Indian Army", and hence it calls for a higher degree of discipline for paramilitary forces as compare to police force.
