Allahabad HC Prohibits UP Government From Issuing SC Certificates to OBC Poll Candidates - 25.01.2017

Allahabad High Court has prohibited Government from issuing Scheduled Caste (SC) Certificate to any candidate in Assembly Polls belonging to OBC categories, recommended by State Government to be included in SC list on December 22.
