Delhi HC Stays CIC’s Order on PM Modi DU Degree Case - 24.01.2017

Delhi High Court has stayed an order of Central Information Commission (CIC) that directed Delhi University to allow inspection of records of all students who had passed B.A. examination in 1978, which is when Prime Minister Narendra Modi had cleared it.
