Supreme Court: Mandatory For Private Schools on DDA Land to Seek Prior Approval For Hiking Fees - 23.01.2017

Supreme Court has dismissed a petition challenging Delhi High Court verdict that made it mandatory for private unaided schools, built on DDA land, to seek permission of Delhi Government before hiking tuition fees.
