Patna HC Gives Nod to 'Human Chain Event' On Condition of Making Children's Participation Voluntary - 20.01.2017

Patna High Court has given its nod to Bihar Govt 'Human Chain Event', after Government gave an undertaking for making children's participation voluntary during proposed formation of world's longest human chain in support of prohibition on liquor ban.
