Bombay HC Disqualifies BJP MLA For Concealing Info About Office of Profit - 20.01.2017

Bombay High Court has disqualified Bharatiya Janata Party MLA from Gadchiroli (ST) Deorao Holi from Assembly membership on a plea that he didn't disclose details about office of profit he was holding at time of filing his nomination papers for 2014 Assembly elections.
