Supreme Court: ‘Divorce Decree By Church Not Valid’, Couples Must Abide By Law to Annul Marriage - 20.01.2017

Supreme Court has ruled that divorce decrees passed by Ecclesiastical Tribunals under Canon Law will have no validity and that Christian couples must abide by statutory law to have their marriages legally annulled.
