Patna HC Rejects MLA’s Plea to Revoke Crime Control Act - 19.01.2017

Patna High Court has rejected independent Mokama MLA Anant Singh's plea for revoking Crime Control Act (CCA) under which he has been incarcerated for a year since September last year.
