NCLT Dismisses Mistry’s Contempt Plea Against Tata Sons - 19.01.2017

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has dismissed contempt plea filed by Cyrus Mistry's family firms against Tata Sons but gave Former Chairman an option to file an affidavit within next 3 days on contested shareholder meeting coming up next month.
