Supreme Court: Stray Dogs Too Have Right to Life - 18.01.2017

Supreme Court, while dismissing plea that all stray dogs should be killed in view of rising cases of dog bites over the years, has said that stray dogs too have a right to live and these could be eliminated only if they became a menace to the society.
