Bombay HC Gives 120 Days to State For Raising Police Cell to Check Illegal Construction - 17.01.2017

Bombay High Court, while expressing its displeasure at the fact that over 400 illegal buildings have come up in Navi Mumbai since its July 2015 order to act against unauthorized structures, has given four months time to State for raising a special cell of police officers to combat the issue.
