SC Issue Notices To Centre, NIA and Maharashtra Govt. in Malegaon Blasts Case - 11.09.2015

Supreme Court has issued notices to Centre, National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Maharashtra Government seeking their responses on petition challenging removal of Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) in 2008 Malegaon blasts case alleging that she was pressured to "go soft" on accused.
