Supreme Court Stays Akrama Sakrama Scheme Intended to Regularize Unauthorized Construction - 16.01.2017

Supreme Court has stayed Akrama Sakrama scheme, exactly a month after Karnataka High Court gave nod to State Government to regularise unauthorised building constructions and in effect protect lakhs of properties across the State through the scheme.
