Bombay HC Rules, ‘Relationship Not a Factor That Affects Credibility of Witness’ - 12.01.2017

Bombay HC, while observing that ‘relationship’ is not a factor to affect credibility of a witness, has dismissed appeals moved by six convicts, who were sentenced to life imprisonment for killing a youngster in 2010.
