Supreme Court Rejects Plea Seeking 'No Tax Exemption' For Political Parties - 11.01.2017

Supreme Court has rejected a petition seeking to quash Section 13(a) of Income Tax Act which confers tax exemption to political parties for income from house property, income by way of voluntary contributions, income from capital gains and other sources.
