Bombay HC Raps MLA For Filing PIL Before Approaching Police - 11.01.2017

Bombay High Court has rapped BJP MLA from Thane Sanjay Kelkar for moving the court with a PIL seeking criminal action against management and principals of unaided engineering colleges across Maharashtra without first approaching police.
