Supreme Court Notices NHRC over Plea Seeking Law on Custodial Torture - 10.01.2017

Supreme Court has sent to notice National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on a plea seeking framing of an effective law to prevent torture and inhuman treatment of individuals in custody.
