Supreme Court Refuses to Stay Madras HC Decision Quashing Appointment of 11 TNPSC Members - 10.01.2017

Supreme Court, while asking what will be fate of a State where a Public Service Commission of Class 10-pass persons interview Class 1 officer-candidates, has refused to stay a Madras High Court decision to quash appointment of 11 members of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC).
