Allahabad High Court Says Minor Girl's Marriage is Legal - 11.09.2015

Allahabad High Court on a petition moved by girl through her husband has ruled that minor girl's marriage could not be termed void ab initio (not maintainable since the very beginning) only because she was below 18 years of age.
