Chhattisgarh High Court Notices Govt, Cops over Fake Encounter - 09.01.2017

Chhattisgarh High Court has issued notices to State Government and top police officials in connection with alleged fake encounter of a person, claimed to be Maoist, in Kondagaon in November last year.
